We store your information securely using reputable, GDPR‑compliant platforms. Digitally-collected data is kept in password-protected computer files. Hard copies of intake forms and surveys are kept in a lockable filing cabinet at the company address and accessed only by authorised staff.

 

We keep personal data from intake forms for 6 months after the end date of any training programmes, after which it is deleted or shredded.

 

If you have consented to our email marketing list, your name and email will be stored indefinitely for this purpose, unless you choose to opt out.
